Ingredients:  Sorbitol, Water, Hydrated Silica, Glycerin, Xylitol, Spearmint Leaf Oil (Mentha viridis), Peppermint Oil (Mentha piperita), Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (Derived from coconut oil), Xanthan Gum

Directions:  Brush thoroughly, preferably after each meal but at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician.
